Lithe Immersion: Learn how to Lithe correctly! Our highly recommended, progressive beginners program (meets twice weekly for 3 weeks) that introduces our proprietary mat-work, barre work and band sequences, the Lithe lingo, methodology and builds your commitment, strength and stamina for regular level classes. You wouldn’t take Advanced Chemistry before Chemistry 101, right? Lithe is NOT Pilates, aerobics, Yoga or a Bar/Barre class, so no newbie really “knows” how to Lithe. The Immersion IS the best way to really learn. (Gloves Required)

Lithe 101: A “Lithe Newbie” beginner class for the very fit, dance and Pilates savvy. Lithe 101 is not a replacement for the Immersion, but it’s a great option for those with good body awareness and no injuries.

Lithe ’10′: 4 weeks. 10 classes + Lithe’s meal plan. 750 minutes and a new body (and attitude) will be yours. The Lithe Immersion is a pre-requisite. (Gloves Required)
