Get ready to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour! Lithe® offers 60 different 60-minute classes, all total body workouts utilizing our proprietary Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting® technique.

CCS utilizes precise cheerleading-based conditioning to load muscles, produce a high cardio burn, and reduce fat zones in 60 minutes.  It targets all three zones of the body: the core, the lower body, and the upper body, so that you achieve a complete total body workout in one hour. In each class, you’ll accelerate your burn (and results) with Lithe’s revolutionary Higher Power Band System® 3-16 lb. weights and a barre.

Lithe is a Cardiovascular, Sculpting & Total-Body workout (think: sweaty)!  Some of our classes are high energy and produce a higher cardio burn, while some are slower and grounded with a focus on sculpting your muscular foundation.  Our workouts also spotlight a particular zone of the body.  We recommend following The Key and Lithing 3-6 times a week for quick results!
