Ready to Lithe? Here's how to get started!

step 1 CREATE an online account

It’s easy! Click here to enter our online reservation system and create an account. You can also use our mobile app to make reservations and manage your account. If you have any questions, contact us and we will be happy to assist.

 

 

step 2  TAKE your complimentary first class!

We recommend that all new Lithers take at least one Lithe 101 beginner class before taking “regular” classes.  All classes can be reserved online, and your first class is on us!  Choose “Complimentary First Class” in our online store

 

What if the Lithe 101 doesn’t mesh with your schedule?

You can still start Lithing today, and your first class is on us! If you are opting out of the Lithe 101, we recommend: Arm-istice, Barlesque, Cinch, Fat-Free, Higher Power, Hot Legs, Pom, Sculpt, Skinny Jeans, Skinny Mini, Stems, Split, Thinny, Thigh High, Twiggy, and Waspie.  Confused?  Contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

 

What do you need for your first class? Wear comfortable workout clothing and be prepared to go bare (bare feet, that is!). Bring water, a pair of gloves to use with the bands (yes, they are required!), and have fun!

 

 

step 3 GET LITHE!

Once you’ve completed your first class, you will be able to reserve “regular” classes up to three weeks in advance online or using the Lithe app. We recommend starting out with more 101′s, Arm-istice, Barlesque, Cinch, Fat-Free, Higher Power, Hot Legs, Pom, Sculpt, Skinny Jeans, Skinny Mini, Split, Stems, Thinny, Thigh High, Twiggy, and Waspie. After about three/four weeks (or when you feel ready), add in everything else and go for it!  Check out our 411 post-101 blog post for additional information and tips.
