are tailored to a certain population, life event or goal. Pre-registration
is required in all specialty classes/programs. |
LITHE IMMERSION™:
Our 3 week beginners
program is ideal for infrequent exercisers or those who are lithe "green"
and need a routine to get lean. This progressive program will introduce
the basic methodology of the Lithe Method, the Lithe lingo and proper body
positioning while building the strength and stamina required for regular
level classes. This class meets twice a week for 3 weeks.
FAST FORWARD:
A 2-class beginners program
for those who are super fit, Pilates/yoga and/or dance savvy.
LITHE “10”:
4 weeks. 10 classes.
750 minutes to the perfect “10”  
LITHE BRIDE:
We recommend our 20 class
bridal program 30 days before your big day so you can walk down your aisle
like it’s a runway.
HOME BODY:
Whatever the reason,
we’ll bring Lithe to you.
