Our specialty classes are tailored to a certain population, life event or goal.  Pre-registration is required in all specialty classes/programs.

LITHE IMMERSION™:
Our 3 week beginners program is ideal for infrequent exercisers or those who are lithe "green" and need a routine to get lean.  This progressive program will introduce the basic methodology of the Lithe Method, the Lithe lingo and proper body positioning while building the strength and stamina required for regular level classes.  This class meets twice a week for 3 weeks. 

FAST FORWARD:
A 2-class beginners program for those who are super fit, Pilates/yoga and/or dance savvy. 

LITHE “10”:
4 weeks. 10 classes. 750 minutes to the perfect “10” 

LITHE BRIDE: 
We recommend our 20 class bridal program 30 days before your big day so you can walk down your aisle like it’s a runway. 

HOME BODY: 
Whatever the reason, we’ll bring Lithe to you.

LITH MAMMA:
A trimester based Lithe Method prenatal workout.

workout with our signature slimming aromatherapy “body bindi” (also known as a “core patch”)—a small patch infused with aromatheraputic essential oils.  Apply the bindi to your core, INHALE…flex, bend and then exhale whatever ails you. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, need a wakeup or a nightcap; we’ve got the workout-blend for you.  Just remember to breathe out.

For all of you overachievers and type A’s who tend to over-do it…  Our customized 30 minute Lithe Method Body Booster Treatments are perfect pre –event, post-class, mid-life or ‘just because’.  Prefer to multi-task?  Feel free to double book 2 boosters in one hour.

Too much time in “stiletto?” Our four step, shin-to-toe and tendon rehab for the barre-addicted sole.

LITHE METHOD WATERSHED™:
